Please help

So I had this song saved on my Spotify for a year or so it was titled ‘fake lovers- Alisha arfi’ it got deleted from Spotify recently after they discovered it wasn’t her song and basically released it as her own. This is the only audio I have of it as it’s very hard to come by even with the fake artists name/ song title I cannot find it anywhere please if u can help me out
