Thought I was getting better because my fever went down yesterday. Nope…Got worse today + now I’m having chest pains and diarrhea on top of my other symptoms (sorry for the TMI)

Ahaha…my life is a frickin nightmare right now. Gonna go to the hospital if I start throwing up again too because what the hell is this?? 🫠
