How to diet without people knowing
I use to be on a strict calorie deficit I lost around 35lbs in 3/4 months, I was happy with my progress but my parents were not only skeptical about my way of losing weight ( they thought it didn’t matter what I ate as long as it was in low quantities which isn’t 100% true) when I dropped to (160 I’m 5,8 btw)we started having arguments as they told me I needed to stop because “I was trying to kill myself” months after I’m gaining weight again and I’m finding myself unhappy with how i look, I’m more than willing to start dieting again but I don’t want them stopping me from getting to my weight goal. Is there other effective ways to diet without calorie counting or scaling food?
