My diet may be the issue?

Hi, I’ve recently been trying to lose a little bit of fat. I burn 1850 calories on average resting I try to weightlift5/6x a week and cardio for an hour everyday. This allows for around 800-1200 active calories burned on average a week.

I eat 3 wheetabix and 2 litres of semiskimmed milk a day which is around 1300 calories.

Then i will skip lunch and have 2 chicken breasts and some pasta usually amounting to around 700 calories maybe slightly more(+100 including a sauce)

I still believe im in a calorie deficit as i track my calories on my apple watch for what ive burned and my fitness pal for calories I’ve eaten.

Im just concerned i dont feel/look any slimmer and havent really seen any results when i weigh myself as ive been doing this for just under 5 weeks now.

If anyone has any suggestions to why this could be it would be greatly appreciated thanks.
