Marriage license

Hello! Paano po ba ang processing ng marriage license? Once you’ve submitted the requirements po ba, doon lang kayo mag-start mag-seminar? Also, is seminar required for them to give you marriage license? If yes, usually ilan araw po ang seminar? How many days to wait till release ng marriage license?
