[Intro] An odd elf steps through the door...

The door opens wide, a somewhat short figure standing in it. There is a burst of frigid wind and the figure darts through the hallway into the room. The door slams shut and a young looking elvish woman stands, straightening herself. She brushes some leaves from her hair and gives a little shiver and pulls the dark green cloak tighter. "Really need to get a jacket of some kind."

She stretches out, reaching up and letting her hair down as she exhales. Taking a moment to rest, she leans against the wall and relaxes. For a few minutes, she just breathes. "Cyr... could you at least take a moment to listen to me sometime?" she asks to no one.

She leans around the corner, peering into the bar proper cautiously. Surveying the clientelle, she straightens herself further, a light bit of pale green magic cleaning off any dirt as she waves her hand. She strides forward to the bar, pulling up a chair and trying her best to look impressive as her feet dangle above the floor. Her multicoloured hair shines in the light, as her green eyes roam the place. As she unclasps her cloak and folds it, the edges of another tattoo, resembling gossamer wings on her back. "Excuse me, do you have any teas?"
