Evade on Harrow made me finally realize why people aren’t happy that nuke frames are “meta”

In hindsight, it’s disappointing how it took me finally crafting Harrow and putting Evade on his 3 to understand the argument some people have had for a while in regards to CC frames vs nuke frames/nuking weapons. Evade on Harrow is way more fun than I thought but holy hell it feels impossible to correctly setup in pub matches sometimes
