cuphead port still unplayable on my vita

so my problem is, i got a vita and a vita tv, both of them have cuphead installed with the same method and files, my vita is lagging even after overclocking it, just unplayable but on my vita tv it is playable.

i did uninstall and install it again with diffrent files on my vita again and still its not playable. can anyone help?
