Vroid Studio on Android?

Since it is available in the App Store, will Vroid Studio be available on the Google Play Store as well? I have a Samsung Tablet, but only Vroid Mobile is available and you can't make custom assets in there. I don't want to use Vroid Mobile, but I want to use Vroid Studio. Does anyone know how to use it in an Android tablet or phone?
