Recently I have seen many offers that are connected to transcription + translation of youtube videos that are suspected to be breaking community guidelines.

I am wondering if some of you have dug deeper into this, I am curious how do these agencies get the deal with youtube to handle these tasks. I have become curious about the terms they might have with youtube and about the complexity of the process for creating such agency.
