It's time to have a conversation: Should the UFL relieve C.J. Johnson of his duties, and let Tom Cable take control of the Roughnecks? | James Larsen (Pro Football Newsroom)

It's time to have a conversation: Should the UFL relieve C.J. Johnson of his duties, and let Tom Cable take control of the Roughnecks?

Clipped the All-Access segment from last night's game. Cable is quite literally coaching his...head coach. In the middle of a game.

We've seen this on display time and time again from C.J. Johnson franchises - the teams look poorly coached, and poorly disciplined. Not to mention, Johnson literally looks inept and clueless more often than not. Last night was just another example of exactly that...it was a mess.

I know FOX loves what C.J. brings to the league, but it might be time to move on. Otherwise, we're staring down the barrel of another 1-9 season in Houston.

Editors Note: I don't think it's FOX that specifically "loves" what C.J. brings (pain? misery? incompetence?). Pretty sure it's Daryl Johnston (the man that made sure C.J. survived the merger and was cheerleading him in interviews leading up to the kickoff of the 2024 season).
