What's up with the support?

After doing some research online, I learned that UH has a great reputation for support and no subscription fees, so I decided to purchase the UH ring with UHX for 2 years. However, whenever I try to reach their support team, it takes days to get a response.

My ring is on its way, but now I’m having second thoughts. Could the delay be because their support operates in a different timezone, like India? I also found their responses a bit rude.

Is this just my experience, or have others faced the same issues?
