Concern About Skilled Worker Visa Salary Threshold for International Graduates in the UK (£38700)

I’m from India and planning to pursue a master’s in Business Analytics in the UK. However, I’m concerned about the current job market for international graduates. I recently saw on the UK government website that to qualify for a Skilled Worker visa, the minimum salary requirement is £38,700. But when I searched for graduate jobs on job portals, most positions seem to offer between £25,000 and £30,000. Can anyone help me understand how this salary threshold works? I’m worried about how international students can meet this requirement after graduation.

Note: I have 6 years of experience in management and am 32 years old. I’m looking to transition into a business analyst role through this master’s program.
