How do you handle rejection and stay motivated?
I recently got a message saying I didn’t get a job I really wanted. Surprisingly, I’m not upset about it—I see it as part of the journey. I replied to the recruiter asking for feedback, and I’m ready to use whatever advice they give me to improve and keep pushing toward my dream career.
Rejection is tough, but I’m trying to look at it as a learning opportunity instead of a roadblock. I know I’ll face more “no’s” along the way, but I’m determined to keep growing and getting back up again and again until I succeed.
That said, I’m curious—how do you deal with rejection? How do you stay motivated and resilient when things don’t go as planned? Any tips, advice, or personal experiences would be amazing to hear!
Looking forward to learning from you all!
