What do you all eat?!?!
Sick of gaining and loosing the same 20lbs every other year, tired of all the money I waste letting food go bad and eating out constantly.
At the same time I've given up on ever being the kind of person who meal preps or has any consistency
I can't live off of cheetos, Popcorn and monster energy drinks. .
What are foods that you like that take almost 0 effort to make, but won't go bad quickly? Do you just stack your fridge with frozen dinners?
