Itchy everywhere

I got surgery on 1/15. Things are going well. I am very itchy everything under my binder itches really bad. There’s also gauze under the binder but I don’t think it’s taped there. I was told they used glue to avoid more adhesives. I have read on this group that people will take

Benadryl for the itchiness. Is there a non-drowsy option you can recommend? Is there any other tips to make a less itchy experience?

I’m thinking it may be the binder or the gauze and I’m getting myself one of those nice Marena binders.
