Too Anxious To Read Smut?

I have found Spicy Romance Books to be good. They are entertaining and a good way to wind down. But for some reason I'm suddenly afraid of being impure. How do you deal with this?

How do other Smut Readers deal with the fear of being impure or, at the risk of sounding crazy, upsetting anything perhaps not material that can hear your brain and somehow know what you're reading? I know that's illogical but still. I can't shake the fear, suddenly, of being gross, dirty, impure, bad, etc.

I've already read several smut books. If I'm impure it's already happened. Please Help.
