My last video has an insane likes-to-views ratio. How come it isn’t being pushed?

So a week ago I posted a video, went to sleep, and woke up to my video having over 1400 likes, which is great. Then I noticed that my views were maybe like 2500, and I thought to myself “that’s, like, really good, right?” If the views and likes are more close together, it obviously means that a larger percentage of people viewing the video are liking it. Doesn’t that mean that TikTok will automatically push it to other people’s fyp’s? As of now, the video has just over 2000 likes and and little over 5,000 views, which is still great, but the likes and views are TRICKLING in unlike other videos of mine that have done better in the past. If anyone knows what might be going on, I would love some insight because I’m so confused.
