S7 E9 I’m confused

I was barely paying attention but now the episodes aren’t loading so I can’t make sure. Did the page that Seth ripped out of his notes say Lucy and Tim shouldn’tve went down that road? he looked so guilty at the end and wanted to stop Tim from speaking to them.

Or did that just not happen at all and I made it up? If not what did he rip out and why was it so dramatised? I’m sorry ik i should’ve just payed attention but it’s not working now and I can’t stop thinking ab it🤣
