Who is your favorite patient?

Mine is still the beautiful trans sommelier in ep 4. I want to be her girlfriend so bad, even though like McKay I am also a friend of Bill's. Least favorite was the family of the dying man who ignored his DNI- I'm the social worker/case manager on my hospital's palliative care unit (about as diametrically opposed in atmosphere and purpose to an ED while still being in a hospital lol. this show makes me so thankful for my quiet little unit) and I've just seen that play out IRL too many times.
