Admission to thapar

I'm 18F from Punjab, currently in 12th, JEE 1st attempt didn't go well. I'll definitely try harder in the second one. Har jagah pe yehi hai ki Thapar has stopped admissions on the basis of 12th Marks for streams like cse. Please confirm this and please tell jee me kis rank tk lete hain thapar me for cse? Thankyou!
