Is this normal?

Had my first removal Session this Morning. Afterward they put some creme on it and a Bandage and told me to let the Bandage on Till tomorrow. The Bandage didn‘t hold very well, so I took it down (7h Later) to get a new one. It is really swollen and there are some deeper holes in it. Does it look normal for 7h Later?
