What does it mean?

I think I have the longest LH surge known to man. I have PCOS, so it is not uncommon for my LH to periodically be high. I just started ovulating 6 months ago thanks to Metformin, so this is all new to me. When I have caught my surge in the past, it was quick and short lived. I’m now on day 6 of this surge, although it appears to be falling at the same rate it rose up. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I know your cycle can vary from month to month. I have also never seen a peak this high, it is nearly off the chart. Has anyone ever experienced something similar?

Also, I had a significant temp rise today, so I think I ovulated a few days ago. I know your LH does not have to “peak” to ovulate so I’m confident I have confirmed ovulation.
