2-1 Laptop recomandation

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

Arround 1'000-1500 CHF (the cheaper the better TBH)

Are you open to refurbs/used?

Yes, but it's often hard to find good/safe reseller here so I'm not sure about it

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? :

I'm a student, so I need something light (I have back problems) with a good battery life.

I'm looking for a two in one (ideally "detachable"), especially because I need to be able to use it to do math equation and take handwritten note as well as some coding (I have some coding in my uni curriculum next year (biology)). And I need to be able to share my screen with a monitor while using it as a tablet.

My other option is to get a laptop and a tablet. I currently have a i5 hp which is dying and I had a lenobo pad11 which is dead...but 2 devices is probably heavier and cost probably more ...

How important is weight and thinness to you?

I need something light and protable

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

N/A

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

Right now no but like I said I will need something powerfully enough to do some code/data analisi late in my accademic life.

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

No

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?**

Good keyboard, touch screen, pen, ... and to be able to "share" my screen with a monitor and do something else with the laptop in tablet mode. Like I need to put my lecture on my monitor and be able to take note on the screen of the "laptop". I also want to be able to connect an ergonomic mouse and keyboard while at home. (Logititech)

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

I'm looking for a good laptop to take with my at uni, but also to draw on and watch some videos/shows.

Thanks a lot
