Recommendations for sleep during meth use?

Is it possible to sleep every day while using meth constantly per day of using? Sleep deprivation is likely the most significant detriment to humans due to meth use. Any advice for attaining sleep during a binge that wont affect the high after the sleep aid?

For example, can you take Xanax to sleep daily during a multiple day binge where you are getting as high as possible during non-sleeping time and the high is unaffected after the Xanax consumpion?
