Supplements advice
Hello everyone need advice with some body enhancing supplements.
2 years ago I started with enhancing supplements I grew from 65kg to 90kg but then stopped training completely for 2 years and lost 50% of what I had, at that time my personal trainer was providing me with the supplements and everything.
Now I have started again going to gym and bodybuilding again and need advice, currently I am 75kg been doing normal gym sessions for 1 month now, as I won’t have personal trainer I need your guys advice.
One guy at the gym recommended to take and cycle: First week: 1x 1ml of Enanthate 250mg Second week: 1x 1ml of Drostanolone Propinate 100mg Third week: Enanthate Fourth: Propinate And so on plus daily dosage of Oxandrol 20mg
- Are those some stuff and good cycle or should I make changes?
- Does it matter on which day I take the medication example I take on every Saturday which is chest day does it make difference to the muscle building like will it build the chest muscle more or equally?
- What supplements would you recommend like proteins, creatine, etc…
- When I stop using how can I maintain the growth?
