Need a specific modifier for a private cheat mod I'm working on.

Does anybody know if a space construction modifier exists? If so, what is it? I've looked through the official wiki and through most of the common files where I suspected such a modifier might lie but I've found nothing. Oh and by space construction modifier I mean a modifier that will increase the speed at which mining stations and the like are built. Thanks in advance for any replies!
