Are Non tech guys ready for startup?

Im non tech guy. I want to learn coding at least to develop mvp. What is better way to learn or should i go for no code apps.

can someone tell me what are pros and cons.

I came across with lot of ideas but due to lack of tech skill i didnt started anything. Also my budget is low. I also tried no code apps. But their charges are high. I never tried freelancers due to doubt i always think what if i have to update my app after getting it done from freelancer.
