Does anyone know why Araki sometimes draws much bigger hands in his drawings?

I have noticed Araki sometimes draws bigger hands, can't find more examples of this but i remmember Giorno drawing where he had huge hands and many more. Here Buccirati's right hand is apsurdly larger then his left one. Is there any symbolism behind this? Does he do this on purpose or is it his weak spot in drawing?
