HELP! Stake UPI issue - India

Hi I deposited INR 2000 in stake using UPI but the payment page was not accepting the UTR and was refreshing on its own and hence the money didnt show up in my stake account.

After 24 hours, I mailed them with the proof of payment and screen recording of the payment gateway glitch I had made which clearly showed poor gateway website.

The reply from them said that I already have a ticket open and they are closing the ticket for the mail I just sent them. I have not sent any previous mail nor have contacted support ever before.

How do I resolve this issue? I have all the proofs but where do I send them?
