With the 50XX cards announcement, is the 3090 still a "TOP CHOICE" for Image Generative AI?

I read in the past that the better cards for image generative ai were: 4090, then 3090 TI, then 3090,

With these new 50xx cards, and only one of them has 32GB vram, what is the new ranking of best cards for image generative ai? And where is the 3090 positioned?
