Realistically how difficult is it to get sponsored in Australia..

I’m currently working as a project coordinator in Australia but my current company doesn’t sponsor.

I’m just wondering how difficult it will be and if sponsorship is an option which state would be the easiest to obtain this in and which visa would be most likely?

I really don’t want to leave I love it here!
