Accidentally Delivered a Sam’s Order to the Wrong House – What Now?
So, I just realized I messed up big time. I picked up a $28 Sam’s Club order with three stops. The first stop was close to the store, but the second and third were about 20 minutes away in the west area.
Here’s where I screwed up: The app only made me scan the last order (which had three items), but the other two weren’t required to be scanned. One had 13 items, the other had 15. I accidentally swapped the two bigger orders and didn’t realize until I had already unloaded everything at the second-to-last stop, snapped a photo, and driven off.
I went ahead and completed the last stop (which was correct), but now I’m freaking out. Should I report this to Spark, or just wait and see what happens? Am I at risk of getting deactivated? I feel awful, but there’s no way to fix it now.
Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else?
