PTS, is bolt sniper viable?

So with Patch 7 I saw in the notes the bolt family will get buffs, perk changes, and stuff like that. As a sniper main I’ve always had love for the bolt sniper but it just always fell short of Las Fusil in practically every way. With Patch 7 is bolt sniper able to at least play in the same field as Las Fusil?
