UPDATE: oven doesn’t show accurate temps
Alright Yall. I bought the in oven thermometer and it was a game changer. My oven set to 450 really was only at 325 🥴 still working on figuring out its little quirks, but this is a huge improvement!
Don’t come for my crumb okay I’m still learning and I left this out to proof when I went to a basketball game last night lol
100g starter 320g warm water (decreasing this in my next loaf) 20g oil 500g KA bread flour 10g salt
Fed 1:10:10 night before, prepped dough and did 30min autolyse, stretch and folds q30 for two hours, then bulk ferment for 8 after (don’t come for me, my house is cold), shaped and fridge for 10 hours.
When I dropped the temp to cook uncovered, the oven dropped to 350 again which didn’t help. Still got some stuff to work out, of course, but at least she baked this time!!!
