Used XM4s worth 146 USD?

They are 2 years old and the head cushioning is deteriorating but seller says battery and sound are good because of minimal use. Are they still worth buying? I should’ve bought some XM4’s when I spent 3 months in Japan last year but I’m visiting the Philippines right now. Should I wait until I go back to Japan in 3 months?
