My account got permanently locked because a guy was sending me inappropriate content and I’m the one who got lock can someone please help me get it back

I have been on Snapchat for eight years and I never got my account locked once so what basically happened was this guy was sending me inappropriate content to me and I told him to stop or else I was gonna report him but he kept sending it and then couple hours later my account got locked saying I violated community guidelines it gave me a appeal option and I filled it out saying what have happened and it says I have to wait 30 days for a response to get back two days later I got an email saying they cannot unlock my account at this time we can't assist you further with this issue and then I got another email saying my account has been permanently locked even though I didn't do nothing wrong. I have all my memories on this app family memories, and I don't wanna lose any of it
