what is up with my skin!?

So, this is my first ever Reddit post and I hope l'll manage to include everything necessary in one post! (Also, English isn't my native language so l'm sorry for the confusion in advance!)

I'm a 20 year old woman and I have combination skin with awful texture, which I'll link the image to at the end of the post. It has gotten to the point where I only wear makeup so that people can focus on the "cakiness" of my foundation rather than my actual imperfections and it embarrasses me how clear everyone I know's skin is compared to mine at such a young age.

When the whole skincare craze started at the start of the pandemic, I got my hands on tons and tons of AHA+BHA toners, vitamin c serums, caffeine eye creams, retinol, niacinamide serums, azelaic acid, even hydroquinone somehow, and all it did was to make my skin worse, and I wish I never ruined my skin like this but alas...

My current routine:
AM -> lukewarm water, LRP cicaplast baume b5 SPF50 sunscreen (reapplied throughout the day)
Post-makeup (I feel icky when I don't remove my makeup as soon as I get home) -> LRP lipikar cleansing oil + cerave moisturizer
PM -> lukewarm water, LRP cicaplast baume b5 (the regular one)

So far there's no visible changes, and I kinda feel greasier slugging my face every day but i guess that's all l've got left to do. It's been 2.5 weeks with this routine.

Some key points:
1) I have allergies and I only take antihistamines, otherwise I'm completely healthy

2) I really would if I could get checked out by a dermatologist, but I don't have insurance (moved to another country for uni) so Reddit is my only hope in finding people like me who ruined their skin barrier so bad

3) not necessarily my main concern right now, but I would like to know if there's a way to get rid of broken capillaries (caused by cold air and constantly wiping my nose) without laser

4) I don't remember the cause of the orange/ yellowish hue around my mouth but all I remember is that it has always been smooth and held moisture well unlike how my experience with contact dermatitis was around my cheeks, and it didn't go away with the same treatment I got for contact dermatitis

Here's the picture I have of my skin so far:
(yes, those are my blueish dark eyebags and people ask me if I'm sick all the time)

What can I do to fix my skin? I look like the poisonous potato from Minecraft.
