Help! How to wear Klingon women’s clothing if your boobs are too small for the boob window

Crew, I’m 5’2, 120 pounds. As far as warp nacelles go, I’m a shuttlepod. How the hell am I supposed to wear Klingon attire honorably? Do Klingons have some sort of tactical push-up bra?
