Do you charge extra for clients who request private-only sessions (no public time) for discretion reasons on multi-hour bookings?

4 hour or longer dates require dinner for me so I'm wondering how to go about it. I do GFE companionship. Wondering if I should charge $250 extra or require takeout + indoor things to do like watch a movie.
