Helena is pregnant with Hellie’s baby, conceived with Mark S. Jame figured it out when watching Helena eating a boiled egg. She’s supposed to eat it raw, but pregnant women aren’t supposed to. Somehow this is why Jame confronted Hellie on the severed floor.
