Moving to Senegal. How do I find accommodation?

Hey everyone,

I'm moving from London to Dakar in early September for 6 months. I'm excited, and overwhelmed! Accomodation wise, where should I look/where should I avoid? I'd also like to explore maybe living with a roommates. So is there a website that's good for finding shared accomodation/ room mates or b) any other suggestions about finding shared accomodation?
