What am I Doing Wrong?
I’ve been on sema for six months now. I’ve lost between 30 and 35lbs… but still have a ton to lose. I started at 270 and am down to 235ish, but am getting discouraged. I have been in my 230s for two months now. And while it’s great to have lost, I would love to see the scale move more. I try to eat enough protein and drink lots of water throughout the day, but my appetite is obsolete. Is it possible to stall out even if you’re not eating enough? I walk at least 2 miles a day, but haven’t started weight training. I know that will help, but I only have 15-20 minutes of free time a day (I know that sounds crazy - but we are SOOO busy). I’ve thought about stopping the meds for a couple weeks, then starting again to see if that helps. I’m currently doing 1.5. Can anyone offer up suggestions to help kick start my weight loss again. I’m really discouraged by the lack of weight loss the last two months.
