Recommendations for slip resistant shoes?

My parents recently moved to a house on a hill and have slipped on the wet road when taking our dogs out for a walk (especially now with all the fallen leaves that make the roads extra slippery). I’m concerned for their safety and would like to get them slip resistant shoes. Do folks have any recs? (Also open to other suggestions that aren’t just shoes!) Thanks in advance.
