Performance issues on pc

hi, im having performance issues while playing with a Ryzen 3 3200g and a rx570. earlier this i played to and was running a stable 60 fps on rare setting. now i cant even get 30 fps on cursed setting.
ive tried to do the config files change to lower the setting but it didnt change anything.

Can someone help me?
