Selling a car on Facebook and everyone wants my address

Selling a car on FB marketplace and everyone seems concerned with getting my address straight off the bat, I’m sure there’s some scam involved with it but I can’t figure out what it is ? I’m sure it’s very common - I just want to make sure I’m not opening myself up to something obvious
