Call with voice message repeating "Please Call back at your earliest convenience"

I've received a few scam calls the last couple days, so I'm sure my number is being sent around the call centers. Today I got a call from an unknown number In California. When I picked up there was an automated voice that repeated "Please Call Back at your Earliest Convenience." I'm fairly certain this is some sort of scam, has anyone else gotten these?
