Applying while in Diagnosis-Limbo

So, I was denied at the hearing level in December. I realized through this sub that my lawyer was garbage and didn't do anything to help me. So I'm starting over.

Right now I'm currently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but I do believe it's Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and my primary doctor and I are working on finding someone relatively nearby that can help me figure it out.

Can I apply now with fibro and switch it to EDS later on with appropriate findings? If that is the case.

Current diagnoses: Fibromyalgia Narcolepsy Type 1 PTSD (psychotherapist also labeled me in 'severe psychological distress') ADHD Autism (I did not include this on my original application though, I was diagnosed in September after my psychological evaluation) Severe major depression Chronic anxiety disorder PCOS with HS GERD and IBS
