Ivermectin 1%

Hello, Please, I really need help. I just started ivermectin 1% cream for my rosacea with spots (mostly pimples). I started on Saturday, March 8th, and my skin is horrible. I have tons of spots that have broken out… I'm really not well. Can anyone reassure me? Any feedback? I live in France, sorry for the typos. Thank you so much
