LCRx .22lr Broken Transfer Bar - Update #2

I received a call from Ruger Customer Service earlier today. They informed me that after reviewing my request, that my revolver did in fact qualify for free shipping back to get repaired. As I (and many other Ruger owners) assumed, the 2 year cutoff doesn't apply when truly defective. I received the shipping label as soon as we got off the phone.

Will update again once I get it back.

P.S. If you end up seeing this, thanks to the person at Ruger who escalated my issue to someone who could help.
